For over 25 years as a Certified Public Accountant and previous experience in private industry, I have assisted businesses and individuals with the fiscal reporting, tax, investing, and operational activities necessary to achieve individuals’ and businesses' dreams of succeeding. However, a simple conversation caused me to pause, and rethink my involvement in organizational success and I pursued the education to become an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist. The unique combination of understanding an organization's fiscal environment and the human resource integration with organizational systemic health, provides the knowledge, experience, and the passion to guide organizations to the success they desire.
